MEET THE TEAM
Richard’s leadership, drive and project management skills have contributed to the overall success of a number of recently completed projects. His vast knowledge of pre-construction processes, along with solid technical building skills and the ability to liaise and coordinate with project teams, are essential to the success of any building project. He has a keen eye for quality, is extremely well organised and easy to deal with. Richard’s experience spans over 20 years and he has worked here in New Zealand, Samoa and England.
Dan has over 15 years experience in the construction industry working in a variety of both financial and management roles. Working solely for main contracting organisations, Dan has been involved in a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors using a range of procurement routes. He has worked in the upper North Island (primarily Auckland) as well as roughly 6 years working in south west England. His recent projects have involved a high level of client liaison from inception through to completion and as a result, stakeholder satisfaction will always remain a major priority on any given project.
